  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes. Once preheated, arrange the seasoned zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd it. You may need to cook in batches.
  • Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Continue to cook until the zucchini is tender and slightly browned, with a crisp-tender texture.
  • Carefully remove the air-fried zucchini from the basket and transfer it to a serving dish. Serve hot as a delicious and healthy side dish.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese or a squeeze of lemon juice after cooking. Adjust seasonings to your preference, adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. This recipe also works well with yellow squash or a mix of both.
