Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Filling

  • 4 cups Cabbage finely chopped
  • 0.5 lb Ground pork
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Green onions chopped

Instructions
 

Dough Preparation

  • Combine flour, water, and salt in a bowl, then knead to form a smooth dough.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Filling Preparation

  • Mix chopped cabbage, ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions in a large bowl.

Assembly

  • Roll out the dough thinly and cut into small circles.
  • Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle, then fold and crimp the edges to seal.

Cooking

  • Boil or steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and tender.

Notes

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce with a splash of vinegar and chili oil.
