Preparation

  • Pat the chicken dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • Combine olive oil and seasonings in a bowl, then toss the chicken to coat evenly. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in a single layer for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  • Transfer chicken to a platter, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately with dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer, up to several hours, in the refrigerator. Ensure the chicken is fully cooked for food safety, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
