  • Add frozen corn, cubed softened cream cheese, butter, heavy cream, sugar, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
  • Stir gently to combine ingredients and break up the cream cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours, or until the mixture is heated through and creamy.
  • Remove the lid and stir vigorously to fully incorporate the melted cream cheese and butter, creating a smooth, luscious texture.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings like salt, pepper, or sugar as needed, then serve warm.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder or a sprinkle of fresh chives before serving. Cubing the cream cheese helps it melt faster and incorporate more smoothly into the corn.
