  • 1 package Oreo cookies (14.3 oz) package
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz) package, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

  • Crush the entire package of Oreo cookies in a food processor or a zip-top bag until fine crumbs are formed, then set aside about 1/2 cup for coating.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the remaining Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
  • Mix thoroughly with a sturdy spoon or your hands until a uniform, firm, and cohesive dough forms.
  • Roll small portions of the mixture, about 1-inch in diameter, into smooth balls.
  • Coat each cream cheese ball evenly in the reserved 1/2 cup of Oreo crumbs.
  • Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.

Notes

For best results, make sure your cream cheese is completely softened to ensure a smooth mixture. These balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
