  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce medium heat recommended
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded (from a rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Soften the cream cheese and shred the cooked chicken.
  • In a slow cooker, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce, stirring until smooth.
  • Add the shredded chicken, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder, then stir to combine.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours or on high for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly.
  • Once heated, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top and cook for 15-30 minutes until melted and gooey.
