  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Garlic Butter

  • 4-5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

Making the Dough

  • In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar, then let sit for 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil, mixing until a shaggy dough forms, then knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm spot for 60-90 minutes until its size has doubled.

Shaping and Baking

  • Punch down the risen dough, divide it into 12 equal pieces, and then shape each piece into a roll.
  • Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, cover, and allow them to rise for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), then bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until they achieve a golden brown color.

Garlic Butter

  • While the rolls are baking, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Generously brush the warm, baked rolls with the prepared garlic butter just before serving.
