Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 large Mango Ripe for best flavor.
  • 1 large Avocado Choose a ripe avocado.
  • 1 medium Red capsicum pepper
  • 1 small Red onion Finely chopped.
  • 1 medium Cucumber Diced.
  • 1/4 cup Coriander/Cilantro Chopped.

Dressing and Seasoning

  • 1 medium Lime Juiced.
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes Adjust to spice preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Dice the mango, avocado, red capsicum pepper, red onion, and cucumber.
  • In a bowl, combine the diced ingredients with chopped coriander/cilantro.
  • Squeeze the juice of a lime over the mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Season with salt and red chilli flakes to taste.
  • Toss gently to mix and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve fresh for the best flavor. Can pair with grilled chicken or fish.
