Instructions
Preparation
Dice the mango, avocado, red capsicum pepper, red onion, and cucumber.
In a bowl, combine the diced ingredients with chopped coriander/cilantro.
Squeeze the juice of a lime over the mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and red chilli flakes to taste.
Toss gently to mix and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve fresh for the best flavor. Can pair with grilled chicken or fish.
