One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

Pasta

  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 700 ml Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese grated, plus more for serving
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

  • Add spaghetti, minced garlic, broth, heavy cream, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a large pot.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately, with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can sauté the garlic in olive oil for 1 minute before adding other ingredients. Adjust liquid amount as needed for desired sauce consistency.
