  • 3 large peaches, ripe
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn or chopped
  • 4 slices prosciutto optional

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice the ripe peaches into wedges and arrange them artfully on a serving platter or individual plates.
  • Tear the fresh burrata cheese into several pieces and place them among the peach slices.
  • If using, tear or gently fold the prosciutto slices and scatter them over the peaches and burrata.
  • Sprinkle the fresh basil leaves generously over the entire salad.
